Senior Software Engineer m/f/d
Your new tasks:
- Co-responsibility for the technological new and further development of the hardware-related software for the control of our machines
- Creation, documentation and testing of the software
- Elaboration of specifications
- Adherence to given specifications according to agreed schedules
- Support and close communication with internal departments
- Collaboration in an international environment
- Supporting product marketing and service as well as travelling within the scope of problem solving, commissioning and tests
Our requirements:
- HTL, FH or TU with technical orientation, ideally in the field of automation or communication technology.
- Several years of experience in high-level language programming of machines is desirable
- Very good knowledge of C++, OOP and Linux
- Experience with UML design, Ethernet, CAN, serial connections is an advantage
- Very good problem-solving ability, abstraction skills, analytical approach and structuring ability
- Ability to work in a team, creativity, strong communication skills and resilience
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Good knowledge of German and English
