Your Responsibilities

As an IT Project Manager you will be a crucial member of our ISTA IT department, working closely with IT Team Leads and the Head of IT to ensure successful delivery of projects and supporting process improvements. Your role will involve providing project management expertise, ensuring efficient project execution, and serving as a vital interface between the IT department and other units.

• Manage projects within the ISTA IT department, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and completion

• Serve as the primary interface between IT and the central project/process management team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration

• Coordinate and align IT projects with various divisions across the organization, ensuring their seamless integration and achievement of objectives

• Maintain documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, to track project milestones and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders

• Provide coaching and support to IT team members on project management methodologies and tools

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, driving initiatives to enhance project management practices and support process improvements

Your Profile

• A higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices

• Relevant certifications (such as PMP or Prince2 or ITIL) are advantageous

• Some knowledge of IT processes, IT infrastructure and software development lifecycles

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
