Our client is a very successful, internationally oriented technology company. For the implementation of their HR tool, is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Expert in Vienna to drive the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors within the company.

Your tasks

Our client seeks a dynamic and forward-thinking SAP SuccessFactors Integration Expert to join the team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the global HR technology landscape through the seamless integration of SuccessFactors.   • Collaborate closely with HR process leads and key users, acting as a bridge between HR and IT departments, while coordinating efforts with external service providers.
  • Take the lead in configuring SuccessFactors settings and collaborate with implementation partners as needed to ensure smooth configurations.
  • Be responsible for managing 2nd and 3rd level incidents in the SuccessFactors environment, including other HR applications, promptly resolving issues to maintain system stability.
  • Prepare for and facilitate essential release management tasks, project meetings, and workshops to ensure the successful implementation of updates and enhancements.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain existing interfaces with other applications to ensure their seamless operation, proactively troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Drive the design and implementation of new interfaces to enhance system connectivity and optimize data flow among various applications.
  • Actively engage in requirements workshops, taking the lead, when necessary, to gather input and specifications for desired innovations and new release functions.

Cour profile

  • Relevant education or equivalent qualification in the field
  • Extensive knowledge of architecture methodologies, principles, and frameworks
  • Demonstrated expertise in establishing and implementing data standards, principles, and governance
  • Proven project management experience, leading initiatives from start to finish
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and their integration in organizations
  • Hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors for smooth adoption
  • Professional background as a consultant or in-house consultant
  • Technical proficiency to create and maintain interfaces between business applications
  • Excellent English communication skills are required

Our client offers you an annual gross salary from EUR 69.000,- with willingness to overpay depending on your experience and qualifications.
