The Head of Digital and Data Solutions Managment is a strategic leadership role within the IT organization, responsible for driving the digital ambition of the organization on a global and complex scale. This role requires strong expertise in digital and data solutions, with focus on optimizing end-to-end processes across the organization. The Director will be accountable for developing and implementing digital strategies, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making, and driving innovation to improve operational efficiencies. This role also involves leading cross-functional teams, managing key internal relationships including Board of Management, and fostering collaborations with universities, industry networks and other stakeholder to drive digital initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital strategy and roadmap for end-to-end processes, aligning with the overall business objectives and driving digital transformation across the organization

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions that optimize end-to-end processes, including process automation, data-driven decision-making, predictive analytics, and other digital technologies

• Drive innovation by identifying and evaluating new digital technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance

• Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for process improvement, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize end-to-end processes and achieve operational excellence

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business units, operations, finance, and other departments, to align digital initiatives with business priorities, identify pain points, and implement digital solutions that address operational challenges

• Foster collaborations with universities and industry networks to explore research partnerships, tap into emerging technologies and trends, and stay updated with the latest developments in digital and data solutions

• Develop and manage the digital budget, including resource allocation and monitoring of digital spend, ensuring effective utilization of resources and cost optimization

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the digital team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IT organization

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, data analytics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital solutions, IT, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in driving digital transformation and optimizing operational efficiencies

• Strong expertise in digital technologies and methodologies, including process automation, data analytics, predictive analytics, and other digital solutions relevant to end-to-end processes

• Deep understanding of end-to-end processes, operational excellence, and process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, leading digital initiatives, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement digital solutions in complex environments

• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize initiatives based on operational objectives

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and complex environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences in the digital space as it relates to end-to-end processes

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to data privacy, security, and compliance in digital solutions for end-to-end processes

• Managerial functions and leading program and project organizations, functional and disciplinary lead in competence area

• Cooperative leadership style
