Responsibilities: 

• Act as a business partner of cross functional, global teams and actively identify opportunity calculations
• Support strategic planning of dedicated business areas/departments in the preparation of the financial mid-term plan
• Proactively monitor, analyze key data related to net working capital for dedicated business areas/departments and conduct cross functional reviews
• Preparation of monthly Net Working Capital reports for NWC driver KPIs in days and monetary amount
• Be the strong partner for development and implementation of strategies to optimize net working capital and progress update to NWC Steering Co.
• Develop and coordinate dedicated business area profit plans and reports including variance analysis, cost control reporting and improvement plans
• Collaborate and contribute in cross-departmental projects and ad-hoc reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling tools and processe

Requirements:

• BA or MA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field

• 5+ years of experience as Controller or Financial Analyst, experienced as a project manager is a plus

• Good analytical skill and critical thinking

• Profound Excel and SAP skills (FI/CO, BW, BPC)

• Fluent in English both written and oral

• Agile, solution oriented and good handling of numbers

• Ability to stay focused and perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment

• Analytical thinking with attention to detail

• Reliable and through work style accompanied by top time management skills
