IT Operations Engineer - Manufacturing Services (m/f/d)
In this interesting role, you will ensure support to users by taking in and resolving tickets. You will be responsible for consistent execution of operational procedures and thus the smooth running of all IT Applications and Infrastructure as laid out in the respective service level agreements.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement Service Requests & resolve Incidents
- Approve, create, manage and maintain IT continuity plans
- Administrate and manage user identity and access to IT systems
- Support of the key-users in respect of system functionality and software features
- Maintenance and configuration of MES applications
- Support the development of MES and Automation System
Your Profile
- HTL/BSc degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, Automation, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or similar
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in integrating manufacturing equipment to host systems such as MES or SCADA
- Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), as well as .NET, TypeScript, Node.JS, JavaScript, C# would be good to have
- Experience working with databases such as MS SQL
- Knowledge of Incident Management and Problem Management
- Good inter personal skills to work effectively with our internal customer - Manufacturing, Engineering and Equipment teams
- Good organizational time management skills
- Intercultural awareness and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem resolution skills as well as organizational talent
- Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to work in a shift model
