Technical Product Owner – Self Service products

In order to expand the capabilities of our product portfolio, we are looking for a talented Technical Product Owner to work on self-service solutions.

You will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, collaborating with other Business Units, Commercial, Engineering, Product and Technology teams to understand their needs and propose innovative solutions to fulfil them.

Your products are shaped to serve the 40+ Tax Free Shopping markets from Europe, Asia, Africa to the Americas.

What will you do?

  • Manage the entire product development life cycle
  • Own, prioritise and maintain the Product Backlog
  • Collect customer needs, assess market feedback and drive further Product Innovation
  • Define and communicate User Stories to the development team
  • Agree and maintain the Product Strategy and Roadmap

Your background:

  • 2-3 years of experience as Product Owner in IT
  • Experience with designing and developing of self-service products
  • Strong Stakeholder Management, Communication and Presentation skills
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Fluent in English

Global Blue guarantees a competitive and performance-related salary depending on your professional and personal qualifications. As required by Austrian federal law we hereby state, that the guaranteed legal annual Min. compensation according to the Austrian collective agreement amounts to € 60.000, however, the total compensation is a subject of individual agreement.
