Our customer - an internationally successful paper manufacturer in the heart of Europe - produces sustainable, technical specialty papers for the beverage, food and consumer goods industries. Globally, the company is considered a leading manufacturer of label papers and delivers paper for around 100 billion labels annually to its worldwide customer network.
To strengthen the team we are looking for a dedicated person for the location in Styria:
Paper machine operator (m/f/d)
Your tasks:- Operation and monitoring of the paper machine / coating machine
- Operation of the process control and information systems
- Leading a team
- Initiation of appropriate corrective actions in case of operational disturbances, quality or performance deviations
- Ongoing execution of control and maintenance work
- Monitoring and compliance with safety regulations
- Supporting various projects for the further development of production processes
- Completed training as a paper technician
- Good language skills in German
- Ability to work in a team, commitment, resilience and flexibility
- Willingness to lead, train and develop assigned employees
- Willingness to take on organizational tasks
- Pronounced safety awareness
- High willingness to perform and undergo further training

- Our client offers a gross monthly salary starting at € 3.900,- for 36h/week (incl. Sunday/holiday/shift bonuses). An overpayment is possible depending on experience and qualifications.
