Software Development Customer Solutions

Together with a dedicated team, you are responsible for the software development of different areas in customer applications and customer features in the SCADA product WinCC Open Architecture (WinCC OA) - starting with the collaboration on analysis and design, through implementation, to the realization of automatic tests and implementation at the customer.

Central topics are the creation of project-specific customer features and extensions of product features with the C-like script language integrated in the WinCC OA product called Control or Control++ (depending on customer requirements also in C++).

Main tasks:

• Creation of specifications based on customer requirements
• Implementation of customer requirements (C, C++)
• Creation of test plans and implementation of automatic tests
• Implementation of solutions in customer projects
• Technical clarifications with the customer within the scope of projects
• Participation in the creation of calculations, technical concepts and limitations; supporting the offer process; technical support for sales appointments

Need to have:

• Completed Higher Technical Education Institute or Technical University in the field of computer science, automation, or information technology
• Very good knowledge of software development with C, as well as basic knowledge of C++ or another object-oriented programming language
• Resilience, flexibility and customer orientation, good communication skills
• Team-oriented way of working
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Spoken and written German and English

Nice to have:

• Experience with SCADA/HMI or SQL-knowledge (Oracle, MS-SQL-Server, ...)
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux
• Preferably experience with software development processes, SCADA/HMI and/or PLC
• Willingness to travel

Working hours: Full-time with a flexible schedule (flexi account)

Place of employment: Austria: Eisenstadt, partial possibility for home office (after successful break-in)

Entry: immediately available

Salary: The remuneration is paid in accordance with the collective contract. KV IT depending on your advancement level with a monthly salary of at least 2.635,-- EUR gross. Overpayment depending on qualifications and experience possible.
