Working student - software engineering

We are looking interested students to work as software engineers joining our agile teams. If you are passionate about software development and are a good team player, we are interested in you!

You will be responsible for the development of software components for process automation used by a variety of industrial SCADA systems. Together with our dedicated team, in collaboration with various near-shore Siemens locations, you will be working within an encouraging and professional environment. This requires a high level of innovation, allowing you to utilize newest technologies such as cloud computing.

Need to have:

• Very good knowledge of object oriented software development (preferably in C++)
• Fluent in English
• Team based approach
• Good communication skills
• Client orientation

Nice to have:

• Experience with SCADA / HMI / PLC
• Experience with agile development methods and processes
• Working experience with CM-tools e.g. TFS, GIT, …
• Working experience with bug tracking tools e.g. TFS, …
• Experience with cloud technology / development
• Fluent in German

Working hours: Part-time/Full-time with a flexible schedule (flexi account),

Place of employment:

Austria: Eisenstadt or Linz, partial possibility for home office (after successful break-in)

Entry: immediately available

Salary:

The remuneration is paid in accordance with the collective contract. KV IT / AT depending on your advancement level with a monthly salary of at least 2.223,- EUR gross.
