Systems Engineer

To reinforce their growing team in Vienna they are currently seeking a:Systems Engineer
Your responsibilities:- Monitoring and maintenance of their data centre (Linux server, network, VPNs etc.)
- Organisation, monitoring and further development of dispatch technology
- Ongoing optimisation of the overall system and hardware planning
- Patch and backup management, quality assurance
- Further development and testing of their own programmes
- Degree in computer science, comparable studies or self-taught know-how
- Extensive network knowledge (TCP, HTTP, SMTP or DNS)
- Several years of professional experience with Linux servers (Redhat, CentOS), automation (Ansible), highly available web servers (Apache, Nginx) and cluster computing (OCFS2, Percona XtraDB) preferable
- Enthusiasm for the job and working on different tasks and reliable team player
- Open personality with strong English language skills (at least B2), German advantageous
- Attractive gross annual salary starting at 50,000 euros, depending on qualifications overpayment possible
